How can you give the perfect Mother’s & Father’s Day gifts and build Ross’s library collection at the same time?

Participate in Ross Elementary’s Annual Mother’s & Father’s Day Book Drive!

♥   What is the Mother’s and Father’s Day Book Drive?

Donate $25 to purchase a book for Ross in the name of a loved one or favorite teacher.  The Ross PTA sends the honoree a letter informing of the gift in his or her name, a bookplate inscribed with the donor and honoree’s names is placed in a book purchased for the library, and Ross students enjoy quality literature for years to come – a win for everyone!

Donating a book is a wonderful way to honor a loved one on other special occasions as well.  Letters to honorees will arrive by Mother’s Day (May 13th), Father’s Day (June 17th), or sometime in between.  All funds raised are used to purchase books for Ross. Last year, this event raised over $7,000 to buy books!

We also need volunteers to make the Book Drive a success! Kids are welcome!  Sign Up Here!

Volunteers Needed!

Sign up for a shift at the Book Drive! Volunteers help solicit and process donations. Ross students are more than welcome to help! They are fantastic at getting people to donate and we have a flyer just for them to distribute. The opportunity to raise money for their school is also a great way for them to engage in meaningful service while building community at Ross. We will have water, juice, and snacks to keep them (and you) happy.
