
Parent/Teacher Conferences We look forward to meeting with you at Parent/Teacher conferences on Friday, January 17 or Wednesday, January 29. Please sign up in advance using the link your child’s teacher shared in the weekly updates. There is no school for students on the Friday, January 17 conference day. January 29 is a regular school day.
Learning Celebration Come and see what your child has been learning in class at our second Learning Celebration of the school year on Friday, January 24. All celebrations are in your child’s classroom. PK4: 8:45am K-3: 9:00am 4-5: 9:45am
Panorama Survey The Panorama Survey for families is now open online. You can complete the survey by visiting bit.ly/dcpsfamily The survey is available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Amharic, French and simplified Chinese. Please see Ms. Campbell in the main office with questions. She also has paper copies of the surveys in multiple languages.

Ross PTA General Body Meeting: Wednesday, February 5th Our Winter PTA meeting will be Wednesday, February 5th from 6-7pm with extended childcare provided by the JCC (link forthcoming). We will be joined by the MPD’s Internet Crimes Against Children Branch of the Youth & Family Services Division for a discussion of internet safety & how to keep our children safe online. 3rd Annual Ross Family Bingo Night: Wednesday, February 12th This year’s Ross PTA Winter Family Night will be held on Wednesday, February 12 from 6-8pm at Foundry UMC and comes after last year’s wildly successful Bingo event, which drew huge crowds! We are looking forward to another fun evening of bingo, trivia, prizes, pizza, and good times for the whole family. We will plan to serve pizza dinner at 6:00 p.m. with bingo commencing around 6:30 p.m. when guest emcees will take the stage calling numbers.
