PTA Fall Fundraising and Engagement Drive

Everyone belongs!  At Ross, every family, every teacher, and every staff member are valued members of the Ross PTA.  Instead of an annual membership drive, this fall we invite all members of our community to Fall for Ross.

Support your PTA in 3 easy steps!

School Meals

Breakfast will continue to be FREE for all DCPS students. Breakfast is served in the classroom each morning after the children enter the building.

Lunch is priced at $3.00 per student this year. You must set up a declining balance lunch account through MySchoolBucks for your child to purchase meals. You will need your child’s ID number which you can get from Ms. Segovia.

Immunization Requirements

“To attend schools, students must be current with their immunizations. Immunization compliance is documented by submitting a completed Universal Health Certificate to the school at the time of enrollment. A series of medical forms linked below should be turned in to the school as part of the enrollment process, and any updated forms throughout the school year should be submitted to the school nurse.”

Want to Volunteer?

In order to chaperone field trips or volunteer in the classroom, you must complete the necessary forms and background checks. This process often takes a few weeks, so get it done early!

Kids Ride Free Cards

The Kids Ride Free (KRF) program allows students to ride for free on Metrobus, Metrorail, and the DC Circulator while travelling within the District. SY22-23 KRF cards will be distributed upon parent request by Ms. Segovia. We use KRF cards for many field trips. SY21-22 KRF cards will remain valid through September 30th.
