Check out these local vendors who offer after-school care in our neighborhood.
Most of these vendors offer pick up from Ross.
These vendors are not officially endorsed by the Ross Staff or the PTA. They are listed only for the convenience of the Ross families.
Parents who know of other options or vendors who want to be listed should email a member of the PTA Board.

Jewish Community Center (JCC)
The JCC offers traditional and enrichment after school programming. Traditional After School Programming includes homework or reading time, supervised play, snack time (snacks are brought from home, not provided), and movement activities. Enrichments classes help students learn and develop new skills. Enrichment class options vary from session to session based on availability and interest, but usually include choices such as swim classes, karate, chess, dance, games, and science. These classes are an add-on to Traditional After School.

“Keegan PLAY-RAH-KA (PRK) offers both theatrical experiences for families and creative exploration that helps empower young people and emerging artists. Through classes, camps, and other types of creative, peer-to-peer events and activities, students discover their authentic voices and develop a fuller sense of self and community.”

The National Conservatory of the Arts
“The National Conservatory of Arts’ vision of an intensive and transformational piano and orchestral music education program, fosters social development through exceptional music training for 1st-8th grade students in Washington DC schools. Students in the Capital City Music Project are immersed in a thoughtfully structured music class schedule five days a week, resulting in rapid skill acquisition and comprehension.”
