Health and PE
Health and Physical Education at Ross
Our goal in Health and Physical Education is to help each student develop physically, socially, emotionally, and mentally. The extensive curriculum gives students the opportunity to see what types of activities they enjoy, in hopes that they continue to do them throughout life. Students at Ross will come away with an understanding of why exercise and healthy living is so important for a fulfilling life.
