Looking for something more formal for your child this summer? Virtual Summer Camps are popping up everywhere. Here are a few STEM-focused camps you should check out based on your child’s interests! Click the images to learn more and register.

“Camp Wonderopolis® is the free online summer-learning destination that’s full of fun, interactive STEM and literacy-building topics boosted by Maker experiments!
Keeping kids and their families learning together throughout the summer and out-of-school time, Camp Wonderopolis can help build vocabulary, background knowledge in science, reading comprehension, critical thinking, and other literacy skills along the way.
When you register as a Camper (kids of all ages) or Counselor (parents, community and library program staff, teachers), you’ll enjoy learning through wonder—an approach honed by the award-winning Wonderopolis.org!”
“Welcome to FONZ Sofa Safari Day Camp. Let us bring the Zoo to you!
Your favorite summer safari rolls right into your living room or backyard with FONZ’s new digital camp. Crafts, games, hands-on activities and your favorite animals are waiting for you, so come join us and Zoo it at home.”
This camp is $120 a week for non-members
Outschool is online courses for all ages on any topic imaginable: forensics, genetics, and ecosystems all the way to natural resources in Minecraft, mammals in Pokemon, and astronomy in Harry Potter! These courses are always running and vary in topic and price. Click the image for STEM courses for Elementary (many non-STEM courses also available).
Meet them where they are! These camps are 1 or 2 week sessions and are targeted for kids ages 7 and up who are serious about gaming and coding. They are $499 a week, but are live sessions with no more than 5 kids in each session.

monday: climate action challenge
tuesday: science exploration
wednesday: story time

saturday: community connection
Remember Kiwi Crate subscriptions? Their awesomeness doesn’t stop there. “Each day of camp is centered around a super fun theme. We’re pulling together DIY activities, videos, printables, and more. All the content for Camp KiwiCo will be FREE and available to anyone starting June 22! If you’d like to add more to your camper’s day, you can order the crates we’ve handpicked to go with each day’s theme.”
